On June 27, in conjunction with National Women's Fly Fishing Day, Catoctin Mountain Park will host an educational event to introduce the public to fly fishing.  There will be demonstrations of fly tying and stream entomology, fly fishing tackle, casting demonstrations, and coldwater conservation.  The event will be held from 1-4 p.m. at the park visitor center on Rt. 77.  The event is supported by the Central Maryland Fly Fishing Council.
